This section provides answers to the most common questions related to company participation at NORSTEC Summit 2026. Should you require additional information or clarification, please contact us by email.
All participating companies will be assigned a dedicated contact person a few weeks prior to the event, who will serve as your main point of contact before, during, and after the summit.
Questions and Answers for Companies
NORSTEC Summit 2026 will take place as an in-person event at Trondheim Spektrum. The event combines a large expo area with a conference program.
In the expo area, companies will host stands with representatives present, and students can move freely to meet and engage in conversations with the different companies.
On the main stage, there will be a varied program including keynote talks, panel discussions, and debates, bringing all participants together in shared sessions. To ensure a good balance between networking and academic content, the program includes extended networking breaks. This gives companies ample time to meet students at their stands, while allowing all participants to attend and benefit from the on-stage program.

Ticket prices for non-students (single tickets) will be significantly lower than at comparable events.
For companies, we offer a range of company packages. Get in touch, and we’ll find a solution that fits your company’s needs.
More details will be shared well in advance of the event. Tables, chairs, and power supply will be provided by the organiaers.
